This painting is another "change up" for me.  It was painted at an outdoor art festival.
It's on canvas and the edges are painted so it can be hung without framing.

The sky is mostly overcast in this scene with breaks of sun causing a somewhat diffused lighting.

The airbrush was used exclusively to apply the paint to the grass areas in this painting.  I usually use a combination of airbrush and conventional brush for this area of the painting.

Candy Stripe Zinnia

This is another in the "zinnia series."  The red stripes were painted with a conventional brush.  I then used the airbrush to apply some shadows over the petals.
