My fondness for 1970s pop culture is again evident in my latest painting depicting "Little People" in a playhouse. I always enjoy painting the appearance of colorful plastic.

I am enjoying the painting process on wood panel.  The wood is prepared with several layers of gesso.
The acrylic is then applied using airbrush.  Frisk film is again used as a stencil material.

I've painted this top several times before.  This version is done on panel.  I thought the combination of the darkness and the reflection worked well.
