I was interested in painting this scene mainly because of the reflection of the stop lights on the lower pavement.  The cloud patterns suggest the end of a storm.

This is a larger painting measuring 16 by 20 inches.  The street scene is from a nearby town.  My goal was to capture the appearance of a humid and hazy summer morning.
