This artwork was painted for an upcoming show at the Columbia Art League in Columbia, Missouri.
The title of the show is "Interpretations". My artwork "A Hard Rain" was accepted earlier. It was assigned to a writer who wrote a short literary piece about the painting. I was then assigned a short written piece from the same writer. This painting is a response to the literary piece I received. Forty artists and forty writers were accepted into the show. A book will be published containing all the artworks and the writings.
