I thought I'd try a still life using a collectible soda bottle from the 1980's. I added the marble to make the image more interesting. Whenever I think about "Pepsi Free" I always think about that scene from the movie Back to the Future when Marty Mcfly, a teenager from 1985, travels back in time to 1955. He goes into a cafe and asks for a Pepsi Free ( not available in the 1950's) and is told, "If you want a Pepsi, pal, you're gonna pay for it!" Anyone viewing the movie today not familiar with the soda from the 1980's will surely need an explanation to understand the humor.
